Lesson 164

Now are we one with Him Who is our Source. (ACIM, W-164)

“But this you surely want; you can exchange all suffering for joy this very day.” (ACIM, W-164.9:4)

This requires “letting go all things you think you want.” (ACIM, W-164.8:1)

Emotional attachment to things — that is, the fear of loss — is the cause of suffering and the self-imposed limitation of possibilities. “There is an ancient peace you carry in your heart and have not lost.” (ACIM, W-164.4:2)

This ancient peace isn’t troubled by troubles. This ancient peace knows no sense of lack.

The one Source has all we will ever want.
